The items at DIY Queen are all designed, embroided and printed in the UK and once your order is placed the production process starts. We invest in everything from the inks, fabrics and stock being purchased to staffing costs incurring as soon as an order is generated, therefore unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on non faulty items and cannot cancel an order once placed if you change your mind.
