DIY Queen is the first brand that celebrates women who love all aspects of DIY, renovating, decorating, up-cycling and crafting.
These days home renovation projects, restoring furniture items and even tiling our own bathrooms are becoming more and more popular, with an increasing amount of home and renovation accounts being created and followed on social media by women documenting their progress and ideas.

The one thing noticed is that there is a lack of the celebration of women in this interest and industry with no feminine, fun and comfy clothing brand representing this fast growing interest.

Our Crown Tools symbolises the DIY aspects, the hammer, the screwdriver and the roller brush are all displayed proudly on the crown, representing how we can do it all.

DIY Queens may be home renovators, woodworkers, crafters, florists, tilers, builders, joiners, painters, decorators, up-cyclers or just enjoy completing DIY jobs and attempting them yourself. DIY Queens are not afraid to try out the tools and learn the trades - They always wear the crown tools proudly.

Founded by a keen home renovator, lover of home-decor and upcycling furniture, the DIY Queen concept is unique, affordable, feminine and fun. Starting with our first collection of clothing and mugs, the brand adds that little bit of glamour and gives us a feel good factor to the DIY jobs we love to complete.

We all feel a little rough when we are working hard, (hair scraped back in a messy bun anyone ?) The DIY Queen brand helps us feel brighter, comfy and looking good.

Dont forget to pop on some lippy too ! Who says you cant look glam and girly whilst painting the ceiling !

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are determined to have each and every purchase result in a happy customer. The items at DIY Queen are designed, embroided and printed in the UK and of course there is some potential for human error. Quality control checks will be made before dispatch, however on the rare occasion that something incorrect or faulty does slip through then all you need to do is let us know. You can contact us at contact@diyqueen.co.uk and we will respond to you asap.
You have 14 days from date of delivery to return any faulty items to us and a full refund will be issued via paypal on receipt and checking of the items. Please obtain proof of postage.
We cannot accept returns of non-faulty items because the products have been manufactured and personalised.
When an order is placed the production process starts, we invest into the ink, fabrics, materials and the staffing time.

Payments are taken via Wix or Paypal. This allows us to securely accept credit/debit card and Apple Pay payments without capturing or storing your card information on our website.

Wix processes and collects all payment information from customers.

We will only retain your information for a reasonable period or for so long as either you or legislation permits.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS ?

Delivery within the UK is FREE on orders over £75.00 and £2.75 under this amount.
International shipping is £8.99 and all shipping will be sent tracked delivery.
Please allow 7-10 working days for UK delivery and up to 14 working days International delivery, however some items may be sent sooner dependant on stock levels and manufacturing times.
Some items may be sent in separate parcels due to the timeframes.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY ?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return a faulty/damaged item to us and a full refund will be issued on reciept and checking of the faulty items. Please allow 7 days for a refund via paypal to be processed and please keep proof of postage.
Please note we cannot process refunds for non faulty/damaged.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ?

Unfortunately not. The items at DIY Queen are all designed, embroided and printed in the UK and once your order is placed the production process starts. From the inks, fabrics and stock being purchased to staffing costs being incurred.
